Yes. A 50% deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 72 hours before your event date.

We understand plans change. Reschedule free of charge with at least 72 hours' notice and your deposit carries over to your new date. For cancellations, 30% of the order value is non-refundable once booked, as this secures your date and covers initial preparation.
